Your order will match its description and be delivered on time, as stated in our FAQ. Please note that we do not keep all of our products in stock 😄

 

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for information only. Minor variations may occur.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Payment is due at the time of ordering.
  • Accepted payment methods are those shown on the website.
  • Prices include applicable charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
We may refuse an order in case of:

  • payment issues,
  • product unavailability,
  • incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery methods and estimated times are indicated at checkout.
  • Once the order is handed to the carrier, the risk passes to the customer.
  • Customs or import fees for international deliveries are payable by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, you may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the product.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
A replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier issues, customs delays or force majeure.

10. Use of the Products

The customer is responsible for the proper and safe use of the products. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in the country where the customer resides at the time of purchase, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
